The Fear Of The Lord Is The Beginning Of Wisdom

 As God's children, we too will be disciplined and trained by our Lord, for our good and for His glory. We should never forget that all God's correction and chastisement flows from His love. Correction, chastisement, and training is something that we should embrace. We should recognize and respond to any correction from the Lord because we are His children and He is our Father.
 These wise words in this verse come from the pen of king Solomon to his own son, and the instructions he is passing on should strike at the heart of all believers, The Fear Of The Lord Is The Beginning Of Wisdom. It is the wise person that does not reject or despise the reproof that comes to him from the Lord, but in humility of heart bows before God's chastening rod and learns the lessons that He would teach through His correction.
 Let's not reject the LORD's discipline or be upset when he corrects us, but remember that the LORD corrects and trains those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he delights.
because the LORD disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in.
