We Are Called To Live In Spirit And Truth

 Paul calls to our remembrance that now we are children of the light who are to live our lives as unto the Lord, in accordance with the truth that is in Christ Jesus. He reminds us that we were once corrupted by the deceitful desires of our old, fleshly self, but now are to put on the new self, which is created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
 So We Are Called To Live In Spirit And Truth with our Christian brethren, to walk in holiness all the days of our life, and to live godly in Christ Jesus. Our lives are to be an open and honest book for all to read. Our lives are not to hide behind a hypocritical mask of lies and deceit, or display a fictitious form of godliness, but one that puts away all falsehood and speaks the truth in love. 
 We are members of the same Body, and we are all one in Christ.
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

Our United Prayer:
Heavenly Father, examine our hearts and expose any areas that are displeasing to You. Help us to root out any hypocrisy from our hearts and remove any mask of pretense that we may be hiding behind. May we always speak the truth and live godly in Christ Jesus. Teach us, we pray, to love others as You have loved us. In Jesus' name we Pray, AMEN.
