We Are One
We are fully united with everyone else who is in Christ. There are no lesser Christians in the family of God. Our earthly identifiers create no value distinction between us in our Father's eyes.
Christ holds the most honored position in the family of God, and all Christians are "in Christ." In that way, we are one, we are united. Since none can be higher and none can be lower, we are equal in the eyes of God.
It's important to note that this bible verse is not based on the current climate of our culture. It is not liberal, conservative, or political. It is the direct result of the gospel. It is not a statement about the various roles any Christian may be called to fill in this life or the honor we may or may not be given on this side of eternity. It is a statement about our equal value in the eyes of God, and how we should learn to view each other. Since all Christians are in Christ, all of us are one.
Forgive us, O God, when we have let prejudice or suspicion keep us from fully enjoying fellowship with those whom you have claimed as your children. We pray that our lives will be an example of redemption and unity as we seek to love your children as you do. We ask this in Jesus name,, Amen.
We are a growing group of people praying daily for and with others. We were led to start an online ministry to deliver what is needed more now than ever, a place where you can go to easily to submit a prayer request or requests involving others to pray for your needs. The Power of Prayer. Matthew 18:20- For where two or more come together in my name, there I am among them. You are never alone in prayer. The Power Of Numbers Praying.
We ask you to pray for this ministry, for its success in helping others in need of prayer.
2 Corinthians 2:17
